OH owning in fee simple 312 acres 1 rood 3 perches of land, being part of William Holiday's Survey No. 651, part of said Holliday's Survey No. 671, part of William Hickman's Survey No. 671 and Callohill Minnis Survey No. 460, beginning at a stone in the new road from West Union to Mayesville, one of Jacob Lawrence's corners, thence ... (adj.) one of Allen Y. Brownfield's corners, corner to land formerly owned by David Cox, line of land formerly owned by Elijah Leedon, one of Richard N. Edgington's corners, crossing a branch of Kites Fork, Ebenezer Davis' lot, line of Benjamin Howell's lot, passing Thomas Burbage's, A.J. Pinegan's heirs; also one lot in Bentonville known and recorded in the town plat as No. (blank); and one third acres conveyed by Simon Nelson and wife; that Amos Dunkin left a widow, Keziah by name, who legally became entitiled to a dower in said lands and town lots and that he also left seven children named Abraham, Hercules, Sarah Ann married to Benjamin F.
