      A-68: (missed getting date) Cary K. Duncan vs. Zadock Wood, in Chancery. Continued.
      A-93: Tuesday, 2 April 1822. Cary K. Duncan vs. Zadock Woods, On a Bill in Chancery. And now at this day the cause coming on for hearing before the Honourable Rufus Pettibone, Judge of the Circuit Court for County of Lincoln, and testimony on both sides being fully heard and understood by the court, it is ordered and decreed that the said Zadock Woods deliver up to the said complainant a certain certificate that the said Zadock has in possession for the following tract of land, the SW 1/4 Sec.7 Twp.49N Range 1W in Lincoln Co. which one John Hunter obtained from Alexander McNair in 1819 Register of the Land Office in Saint Louis and which was regularly assigned to one Joseph Collard and by said Collard illegally given to said Zadock Woods as in the Complainant's Bill mentioned, and it is further decreed by this court that the said Zadock Woods has no right, title or interest in the aforesaid certificate or the said land therein mentioned but ought to belong to the said Complainant, and it is ordered that Zadock Woods pay costs .... Now at this day appears the Appellant by his attorney and says he will no further prosecute his appeal in this cause. It is therefore considered by the court that said appeal be disinfed?? and that the Appellee do have and recover of appellant his costs and charges in this court in this behalf expanded and that he have thereof his execution.
