KY, and Braxton Dulany and Margaret Duncan wife of William Duncan of afsd, that John and James McCutchen executors? of Hugh McCutchen ... writ of fieri facias against the estate of Sampson Lane and Richard G. Hunton for $67 a debt with interest from 12 Oct. 1841 until paid, and $6.71, 21 Sept. 1842, returnable 12 Nov. 1842, delivered to the Sheriff who levied it on five parcels of land as the estate of said Sampson Lane, and he having failed to give bond and security for the payment of the debt etc., the Sheriff on 24 Oct. 1842 auctioned the tract of land with appurtenances of Sampson Lane, Richard G. Hunton bid $70 for the tract containing 260 acres more or less and $11.72 for the tract containing 40 acres, in the whole amounting to $81.70, and the lands were sold to him, but said Richard G. Hunton died having made his will which after payment of debts and specific legacies he devized to said Braxton Dulaney and Margaret Duncan his entire estate, THEREFORE, to confirm the purchase by said Hunton and ..., the said C.T. Dunavan Sheriff for $70 paid by Richard G. Hunton for 260 acres more or less and $11.72 for 40 acres, convey to Margaret Duncan and Braxtin Dulaney the tracts of land conveyed by Hugh Simpson decd. to said Lane, and the other tract of 40 acres conveyed by Lane to Henl adj. the lands of W.
