Q-549/550: 10 Aug. 1879, Henry Cushing of Marion Co. IN to Coleman Duncan and Mary L. Duncan his wife of Lawrence Co. IN, for $3,500 paid, sell the following lands, beg. on the conditional line between Arch Rismens? and sd Russells, then ... to Howards line, then to the beg. containing 100 acres, also a piece of land on the Mar of Howards forks of Paint creek adj. the Howard farm, containing 150 acres, also a certain piece of land on Barnett's Creek a short distance below Pasketts Mill beg. at a corner of a survey made by Sam Packett, then with Cendill's line, to Barnett's Creek, containing 100 acres, in all 350 acres, together with all appurtenances, and Henry Cushing agrees not to do anything that would change the premises. /s/ Henry Cushing. He appeared 4 Aug. 1879 before William Erwin, Recorder, Lawrence Co. IN Court. Received for Record, Johnson Co. KY, 1 Feb. 1880. (FHL film 835,709; SLC 10/4/2011)
