Probate Court on 11 May 1835 ... David Fisher, admin. of Henry Boling, late of said Marion Co. decd, filed an inventory and appraisement of the real estate of said decd. in Town of Indianapolis, to wit, Lot No.6 in Square No.72, suggested insufficiency of said personal estate to pay the debts ... and Richard Coverdille? the Guardian ad litem of the minor heirs consented to sale, and then on 9 Nov. in year last said, it was decreed the real estate should be sold, 1/2 the purchase money to be paid in hand and the residue in 3 months ... on 24 May 1836 the said David Fisher reported sale of the lot to said Caleb Scudder and William Hannamon for $150 on 5 Dec. 1855, ... court appointed Robert B. IN, a commissioner appionted by Probate Court of said county, to George Metsker of county & state afsd, that at court 15 Feb. 1834, Joseph Coats and George Metsker, guardians of the persons and estates of the minor heirs of John and Hannah Richardson decd, being John S. Richardson, Polly Ann Richardson, Joseph C. Richardson, James A. Richardson and Hiram A. Richardson, showed the minors are owners with Isaac Coppock one of the heirs of said decd. of age, of 53 acres in NW corner of SE 1/4 of Sec.17 in Twp.17 of Range 3, being the part set off to said Hannah Richardson decd in her lifetime as widow of said John decd as her right of dower, and it would be in the interest of the minors that the land be sold and the money invested in other property and the said Isaac Coppock the heir of age is willing, the court appointed Jacob Whitinger, Henry Whitinger and John Metsker to appraise the land ... on 12 May 1834 they returned the apraisement, including the portion belonging to said Isaac Coppock in right of his wife, and George Bruce was appointed to sell the land, and reported the sale 11 Aug. 1834 and on 11 Nov. 1835 the said George Metsker the purchaser having fully paid ... $225.06-1/4, the court appointed Robert B.
