Transcribed from a Xerox of the original record by Jim Bartlett 12 Mar 2000; as close to verbatim as I could -- bolding added to highlight key information. The signatures appear to all be in the same handwriting so its impossible to tell if James or the witnesses were literate.

Extract: Will of James BARTLETT, dated 29 Nov 1747, recorded 7 Mar 1747/8 Richmond Co, VA; unmarried nephew [sic] Mary BRUKEY; wife Mary; "all my children"; brother Thomas BARTLETT, Sr.; wit: Thomas BARTLETT, Jr., William BARTLETT.

Derived information: Thomas BARTLETT, Jr. needed to be at least 14 (to witness) in 1747, so he was born before 1734. Who is the wit: William BARTLETT? What happened to James wife Mary and "all" his children?
