Frances Gordon White. I am trying to locate information about my great grandmother Martha BARTLETT, born l859 Harbour Grace, Newfoundland. Married to William GORDON, born l854/55 Harbour Grace, died and buried there in l922. After William's death, Martha married a Mr. SMITH and she died at Dildo, Newfoundland in about l948. Gerald Tudor. I seek data that offers proof of William BARTLETT (11Oct1750-1820), son of Samuel of Norwalk, CT being a Rev. War soldier. Data that I have refers only to a William BARTLETT being a Rev. War soldier with no documentation that he is the subject William BARTLETT. Susan Thurston Hamerski. Have traced a number of family lines, but the BARTLETT line is still eluding me! This I know: A. Bob Bartlett. I am looking for information about Nathan BARTLETT (b. ca 1802) of Grafton and Bethel, Maine. Nathan was married to Joanna DANIELS. Did he have a son, Alonzo M. BARTLETT, b. 1837, who married Francis FAIRBROTHERS in 1859, Lewiston, ME? Alonzo served in the 30 Maine Volunteers companies B, Z, and E rising to corporal. The 1920 Census of Rumford, Oxford Co., ME shows: Fred A. BARTLETT, age 51 (head); Georgia A., age 47 (wife); Doris A., age 11 (dau); Parker W., age 6 (son); Geraldine, age 4 (dau), all born Maine. Not listed is son Willard Theodore BARTLETT, b. 1903, married Nov. 22, 1920 Portsmouth, NH Catherine F. HARRINGTON of Portsmouth, his residence listed as Rumford. Willard and Catherine had several children in Portsmouth before moving to New Jersey. It is believed he worked at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for a short time. Any leads at all appreciated. William Bartlett. Am looking for any information on the parents or siblings of William B. BARTLETT, born June of 1796 in Windham Co. Vermont. He married Elizabeth STOCKWELL in 1816. Left Vermont and went to Cattaragus Co. New York. I have a few of his children that were born there. Zenas, Samuel, Milo and Harriet. Zenas had 12 children. Elisabeth D'Alessandro. I'm looking for both ancestors and descendants of Raymond L. BARTLETT. He was born in CT (either Killingworth or Meridan) in 1887. His parents were Addison BARTLETT and Helena BOYLE (b. NY). Addison BARTLETT was born in either Rhode Island (1900 Census - CT) or New York (1920 Census - CT). There were also two daughters, Gladys - b.1890 NY, and Lillian b.1892 CT. Addison Bartlett died between 1892 and 1900.

Raymond first married Harriet ? (born in CT of English parents). They had two sons, Robert b. 1912 CT, and Roger b. 1915 CT. Blake and his brother, Nathan, left Camden County and came to Georgia about 1820 or 1821. Blake BARTLETTE was on the Fourth, or 1821, Land Lottery of Georgia p. 13. "Blake BARTLETTE Jones County - Haws Mill District." He married Catherine WILLIAMS, daughter of John WILLIAMS and Mary CHILDERS Jan 31, 1822 in Jones Co, GA. Paul Bartlett Van Buren. Seeking parents of my GGGF, Elisha W. BARTLETT, who was apparently born in Massachusetts around 1810. In the 1830 and 1840 censuses, there is an Elisha BARTLETT in Lowell, Middlesex County, MA. In the 1840 and 1850 censuses, he is definitely in Rensselaer County, NY. Jena Moffitt. Looking for parents of Anna Fern BARTLETT SIX, b. 4-19-1861 Decatur (Macon Co.), IL. d. 1-24-44 Los Aminia, CO. Her parents are thought to be H. S. BARTLETT b. 1833 Indiana m. 1859 to Matilda ???, b. 1842 Indiana. H. S. is listed in the 1860 IL census. It shows that he was married within the previous 12 months and that his occupation was wagonmaker. Would love to hear from someone with information on the Decatur BARTLETTs.
