The Last will and testament of Alexander Morrison Senior, of Colerain township Lancaster County and State of Pennsylvania. I Alexander Morrison Senior, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory (blessed be Almighty God for the same) do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say,

First I give and bequeath unto my eldest son Gabriel Morrison, sixty dollars out of my estate,

Item, I have and bequeath unto my daughter Prudence Work, twenty five dollars per annum, to be paid out of my estate, as long as she continues to get winter firewood, and after she discontinues to get wood, she shall receive thirty dollars per annum, during her lifetime; and at her decease five hundred dollars to go to her children, each one receiving an equal share thereof, as the arive at the age of twenty one years, also I give and bequeath unto Prudence Work, the house and lot in which she now lives, with the household and citchen furniture during her lifetime and then to go to her children each one receiving an equal share thereof, unlefs my Executors should think best to sell it, then the price thereof to go to Prudence Work at her option. Item I give and bequeath Sarah Work one cow.

Item, I give and bequeath unto Jeane Work one cow; one bed, and one black mare, which is now a filly,

Item, I give and bequeath unto Eliza Work, one beaureau,

And last of all, I give and bequeath unto my grandson Alexander W. Morrison, whome I likewise consitute make and ordain my only and sole executor of this my last Will and Testament; all and singularly land, mefsugges and tenements, by him freely to be pofoefsed and enjoyed, and that he may dispose of them as he thinks proper, with all my property of whatsoever sort or kind with all money, notes, bonds and book accounts. And Alexander W. Morrison shall pay the above bequeathment and if any of my children or grandchildren should lay in any bill or wages against my estate, their bill or wages to be deducted out of what the have got or is now willed to them. And I do utterly disallow, revoke, disannull all and every other former testament, wills and legacies by me in any ways before this time willed and bequeathed, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament, on Witness where I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thougsand eight hundred and twenty five.

Lancaster County, On the 4th day of April Anno Domini 1826 Before me the Subscriber personally appeared James Jackson and William Hogg the subscribing witnesses to the aforegoing will and on their solemn oaths taken by uplifted hand, did severally declare and say, that they were present, and saw and heard Alexander Morrison the Testator therein named, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testament, and that at the time of the doing thereof, he was of sound and well disposing mind, memory and understanding according to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief. Be it remembered that on the 4th day of April Anno Domini 1826 The last Will and Testament of Alexander Morrison deceased was proved in due form of law and Letters Testamentory therein were granted to Alexander W. Morrison the Executor therein named, the having been first duly sworn with uplifted hand well and truly to administer the estate of the said Deceased and especially to exhibit a ture and perfect Inventory thereof into the Registers Office at Lancaster within one month and to render a just and true account of his Executorship on said estate in one year or when thereto lawfully required.
