The Will of Evin LEWIS Deceased on the third day of November one thousand
seven hundred & Ninety Nine the said Lewis deceased on his Journey from
Craven County in Virgina to Randolph County in North Carolina & called
John Wm. COX & Richard SMITH witnesses & left all the property he
had with him to his Widow & all his property he left behind him to his
Daughter Lidia REDDICKS this will put in writing within ten days from his
death.
This day came John Wm. COX & Richard SMITH & made Solem affermation that this was his last will & Testament & they believed him to be in sound Mind & memory affixed & subscribed this 15th day of November 1799 before Me.
