We purchased from Mrs. E.P. Harris 65 acres of land, for which we paid $2500.00 we purchased from H.P. Hatley 44 acres of land, for which we paid $2000.00. Of this land we to the Russell heirs the 65 acres E.P. Harris land at a price of $2500.00 and exchanged the H.P. Hatley 44 acres at a valuation of $1750.00 for 171 acres at $25.00 per acre, Total $4275.00. In addition to this we purchased from the Russell heirs 5 acres of land, for which we paid $192.50 at $38.50 per acre (We bought back from the Russell heirs 5 acres of the E.P. Harris land, which shows on the map under the name of Russell heirs). The loss of exchange between the Hatley land at $2000.00 and $1750.00 being $250.00, making a total cost o fthe 176 acres tal cost of the 176 acres from the Russell heirs $4717.50 or $26.80 per acre. The detail of this total cost is as follows:

Purchased from Russell heirs 192.00

Option money paid to Russell Heirs 25.00

Total $4,717.50
