I found this photo among my great-aunt's possesions, that most likely came out of my great-grandmother's belongings. The caption at the bottom of the photo reads "my used to be pals" on the back it reads "Mt. Pleasant School". Mt Pleasant is a now-defunct town in Webster County where only a church and cemetery remain. |
I am guessing that my grandfather, Leamon C. Williams is somewhere in this photo; he was born in 1904. Therefore, it should be dated sometime after 1909, but no later than 1914 (about the time they relocated to Evansville; although they did live in E'ville in 1910 but went back).Submitted by Martie Williams Cashion
