12. Anna Maria4 Stewart (John3, James2Carmichael-Stewart, William1Carmichael) was born on 4 Jul 1850 in Percy, Northumberland, Ontario, Canada. She married John Learn Nichols on 5 Mar 1872 in Wayne, New York. She died on 2 May 1903 in Seattle, King, Washington, at age 52.

She also went by the name of Annie.6

14. Christina Olive4 Stewart (John3, James2Carmichael-Stewart, William1Carmichael) was born on 1 Feb 1854 in Ontario, Canada. She married Oscar M. Richardson between 1871 and 1891. She died on 19 Jun 1930 at age 76.

She also went by the name of Kit. She was also known as Olive Christine.7

15. James Henry4 Stewart (John3, James2Carmichael-Stewart, William1Carmichael) was born on 26 Mar 1856. He married Jessie McLeod in 1880. He died on 1 Oct 1901 at age 45.

He was also known as just Henry, or Hank. He relocated before 1889 and came to reside in near, Seattle, King, Washington; the first of John Stewart Senior's sons to follow him to Washington State, on the basis of the favorable reports John had been sending east to Michigan. Henry came with his wife, his three sons, and daughter Bessie. (Though this doesn't add up with their birthdates.).

16. William Andrew4 Stewart (John3, James2Carmichael-Stewart, William1Carmichael) was born on 16 May 1858 in Ontario, Canada. He married Mary Elizabeth Maxwell, daughter of William Maxwell and Arville Dibble, between Jan 1883 and Apr 1883 in Michigan. He died on 3 Nov 1925 in Daisy, Stevens County, WA, at age 67; on his homestead. He was buried in Fairview Cemetery, Gifford, Stevens County, WA.8

His wife, Mary Elizabeth Maxwell, of Hastings, Ontario, Canada.

He relocated 1889 and came to reside in Spokane, Washington.9 He was naturalized in 1897 in Washington.

She was a medical missionary circa Oct 1913 in China.

17. John Wesley4 Stewart (John3, James2Carmichael-Stewart, William1Carmichael) was born on 13 Oct 1862 in Clare, Michigan. He married Lydia Philp, daughter of ? Philp and Sarah Ann Reader Kinrade, between 1887 and 1892 in Lake City, Missaukee, Michigan. He died on 13 Jul 1915 in of the acute hardening of his arteries at age 52; at the time farming in the area near Arden in the Colville Valley.11 He was buried in Fairview Cemetery, on what was known as Saint's Flat, Gifford, Stevens County, Washington.12

His wife, Lydia Philp.

He was a logger between 1887 and 1915. He relocated between 1896 and 1904 and came to reside in a place north of Daisy, Orient, Stevens, Washington. He was owner/proprieter of 160 acres of homestead property, entry noted on 29 Sep 1904 and patented 7 Mar 1912 for Section 35, Township 39N, Range 37E.

She never married. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church. She lived circa 1904 in Daisy, Stevens, Washington. Social Security Death Index records her as LEOTA STEWART, b. 21 May 1892, d. Dec 1971, Res. 99114 (Colville, Stevens, WA), (No Location Given), 536-20-9709, Washington Before 1951.

19. Richard Manly4 Stewart (John3, James2Carmichael-Stewart, William1Carmichael) was born on 2 Nov 1868 in Sodus Point, Wayne, New York. He married Minnie Lamb on 15 Aug 1894. He died on 13 Oct 1945 in Lake City, Missaukee, Michigan, at age 76.

He Leota mentions some information ... 'Taken from a letter to Uncle Manley written Jan 1931 by one of grandfather's nieces (Adah ? - RBS). This letter mentioned the Hutton Castle, Scotland, portrait of James Bruce Carmichael, age 14 or 15. Too, one of grandfather's nieces is a child of a brother or sister of John Stewart Sr. I don't know the whereabouts of this letter. - RBS in 1931. He was with other family members (sister Louise, daughter Ada, and Canadian relatives) visiting the gravesite of Patriarch James Bruce Carmichael-Stewart in 1931 in old church cemetery, Beaverton, Ontario, Ontario, Canada.
