     Cornelius Thayer was born circa 1627 at Thornbury, England.¹ He was the son of Richard Tayer Jr. and Dorothy Mortimore.¹ Cornelius Thayer accompanied the immigration of Richard Tayer Jr. in 1641 to Braintree, Massachusetts, America; A widower, and presumably a younger brother of Thomas, coming to New England with 8 children.^2,3

     Lucia de Gloecestria was daughter and co-heir of Miles fitz Walter of Gloucester, Earl of Hereford, by Sybil de Neufmarche.⁴ Also called Lady of Blaen Llynfi and Bwlch y Dinas Lucy of Hereford.^2,4 Lady of Blaen Llynfi and Bwlch y Dinas at Brecknock, Wales.⁴ She was born circa 1132.² She was the daughter of Miles of Gloucester, Earl of Hereford, and Constable of England and Sibyl de Neufmarché.^2,3,1 Lucia de Gloecestria was received a co-inheritance of the lands of her father in 1143 at Gloucestershire, England. She married Herbert FitzHerbert, son of Herbert fitz Herbert and Sibyl Corbet.^4,3,1 Lucia de Gloecestria was living in 1219 or 1220.⁴ Lucia de Gloecestria was buried in the Chapter House of Lanthony, near Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England.⁴

     Agnes de Halton was sister and co-heir of William fitz William, constable of Chester.⁵ She was the eldest daughter of William fitz Nigel, Baron of Halton, Constable of Chester.² She was born circa 1090. She was the daughter of William fitz Nigel, Baron of Halton and Agnes de Gant.^2,3,4 Agnes de Halton married Eustache fitz John, Baron of Halton, son of John Monoculus fitz Eustace and Adelicia Britanna, before 1110; His 1st.^1,2,6 Heiress of Halton before 1110.

     Urso d' Abbetot, Sheriff of Worcestershire was the son of Amaury Raoul d' Abbetot.¹ Sheriff of Worcestershire at England.^2,3 Urso d' Abbetot, Sheriff of Worcestershire was the hereditary Sheriff of Worcestershire.³ Also called Urso of Worcester.² He married Viscontessa Atheliza (?).¹ Urso d' Abbetot, Sheriff of Worcestershire was one of the King's council, and rendered great service in the suppression of the rebellion of the Earls of Hereford and Norfolk in 1073.¹ He was known as a spoiler and devastator and amongst the worst recorded of the Norman settlers in England. He appears to have especially oppressed the Church of Worcester, building so close to it that the mole of the castle encroached on the cemetery of the monks.¹ He helped crush the revolt of Roger of Hereford in 1075.² He took much land from Worcester church and Odo of Bayeux after his disgrace before 1086.² The Domesday Survey in 1086.
