     Anna Komnene was the daughter of the emperor Alexius I Comnenus.2 She was born on 1 December 1083 at Constaninople, Byzantine Empire. Born in the purple room.2,3 She was the daughter of Alexios I Komnenos, basileus Rhomaiôn and Eirene Doukaina, basilissa Rhomaiôn.1 Anna Komnene was only nine years old at the end of the reign of Malek Shah in 1092.4 She married caesar Nikephoros Bryennius in 1097.1,2,5 Anna Komnene died after 1148.2 She is remembered for her Alexiad, a history of the life and reign of her father, which became a valuable source as a pro-Byzantine account of the early Crusades.2

Gilbertus autem Strangbowe filius sororis ejus successit ei, ut heres, apud Stranguliam, id est, Chepstowe in Wallia, qui factus fuit primus comes Penbrochiae."7 1st Earl of Buckingham between 1138 and 1148.6 1st Earl of Pembroke between 1138 and 1148.6 Annales Hiberniae 1148: "Obiit Gilbertus Strangbowe, 14 anno regni Stephani, sepultus est apud Tinternam, ei successit filius Ricardus, factusque est comes Penbrochiae, dominus Strangulensis, et socius Northwenciae, quae honorifice tenuit 22 annos."7 He was the predecessor of Richard "Strongbow" fitz Gilbert, Earl of Pembroke and Buckingham; 2nd Earl of Pembroke.6 Gilbert Strongbow de Clare, Earl of Pembroke and Buckingham died on 6 January 1147/48 at England at age 47 years, 3 months and 16 days.3

Raymond, prince d' Antioch was the father of Maria, Impératrice; the daughter of Raymond, prince of Antioch.3 Raymond, prince d' Antioch was born circa 1106.4 He was the son of Guillaume IX "le Troubadour", duc de Guyenne, comte de Poitiers and Mahaut, comtesse de Toulouse.2 Raymond, prince d' Antioch married Constance, princesse d' Antioch, daughter of Bohémond II, prince d' Antioche and Alix, princesse de Jérusalem, in 1136; Her 1st.5 Prince of Antioch at Anatolia between 1136 and 1149.6 Raymond, prince d' Antioch hosted the French Crusaders taking part in the Second Crusade in March 1148. His niece, Eleanore, was the wife of King Louis VII. He urged them to attack Aleppo, but Louis, disliking the plan, and Raymond's influence on his wife, departed for Jerusalem, wife in tow.2 He died in 1149.1
