LifeNotes: The 1891 census states he lived in Oxton (Birkenhead) on the Wirral, Cheshire, marriage certificate of 1888 states he was living at 16 Poplar Road as does Stan's birth certificate of 1892.

Died: 25 July 1940. Gravestone inscribed "In Proud and Loving Memory He that shalt endure to the end Shall be Saved Also Husband of the Above who died July 25, 1940 aged 76 years"
Parents: Robert Langford as per marriage certificate.

Wife: Sarah McChesney

LifeNotes: The 1881 census piece RG11/3580 page 8 has her living at 33 Park Road South Birkenhead the house of Lady Barbara McCalman. Her last name spelled McChisney 23 years old- domestic servant- unmarried. Possible sister 18 working as servant in another house- from Ireland too.1891 Census has Holm House occupied by Arthur W. Bibby, shipowner & merchant. The 1888 marriage certificate states she resided at Holm House on Columbia Road (one census has only two houses on Columbia Road at the time), Oxton.

When last heard from he worked for Henry O'Grady, Binghampton, Broome County, NY. The above appeared in the "Boston Pilot - 28th July 1849."
