They were married at Oscar McCartney home Mary: Probate was filed in Kingman County, Kansas on 11-Dec-1900 (Probate Record Osawatomie Insane asylum 1898-1899.)  He was born in Missouri.  He was a former resident oF Polk Co., Iowa and moved from Iowa to Kansas.
