The Elam Exchange has allowed Elam researchers
to exchange information with each other. With the resumption of an Elam
family genealogy forum, the Elam-Roots-L mailing list, The Elam Exchange
will no longer be updated, but all past posts and queries will be maintained
here indefinitely.
Note: All entries on the Elam Exchange will remain
posted for 1 year. At the end of the year you will be asked to confirm
and/or update your entry. Entries that are not confirmed or updated at
that time are subject to removal.

The Name Register/Query Index
This index includes given names for any person mentioned in a posting with
any variation of the Elam surname. The index also includes surnames mentioned
in a posting for an associated family. Once you find the name you're interested
in, you will see links to postings that mention that name.
Search Examples:

If you are looking for a posting that mentions Richard
Elam, search the index for the name Richard.

If you are looking for a posting that mentions the Godsey
family in association with a Elam family, search the index for the name
Godsey.
The Researcher Profiles
A researcher profile is automatically created for every person who submits
something to be posted on the Elam Exchange. You can search the profiles
to find a particular researcher you have corresponded with in the past,
or you can access a specific researcher's profile from a query he or she
has posted.
