1) The

3) The
said Kate Palmer by deed dated the 12th
May 1892 assigned said lands to me, and I have been in occupation of
the same since.
4) I
have recently agreed to purchase said
lands under the Land Purchase Act, and have signed an agreement to do
so.
5) The
said lands are not the subject of any
Mortgage or Incumbrance and the money
awarded for the occupation interest in said lands is pauable to me only.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously
believing the
same to be true, and by virtue of the provisions of an Act passed in
the Sixth year of the regin of His late
Majesty Kings William the Fourth, Chapter 62, for the abolition of
unnecessary Oaths.
Made and subscribed before me at

/s/ Thomas Claffey this 13th
day of July 1909, a Justice of the Peace for said county, and I know
the Declarant

John Palmer.
