IT'S AGAINST THE LAW

The following laws and ordinances were passed by some states and cities 100 to 200 years ago and written into courthouse records and law books.  No one has taken the trouble to have them repealed and removed from the records.  So, they are still in the law books and are enforceable but never used. [This book was published in 1986.]
