He is also to build a barn seven feet high, sixteen feet in length and fourteen feet wide of stone and lime. He is to construct fences, quick set ditch of thorns or furze and plant on every perch of same, one oak, one ash, elm, beach or alder tree. Keep open passageways and roads…
