Vita: Her daughter Maryfrances Hood Howlette lives in Virginia.  Maryann also had a foster child, Andrew, who lives in Las Vegas,  Nevada. 

Maryann finished from Lindblom Tech High. She lived in Richmond, California, Harvey, Illinois and the Jackson Park Highlands neighborhood of Chicago.  She had a summer retreat on Paradise Lake near Cassopolis, Michigan.  The whole family visited there in the summer for boating, water skiing, and fishing.

She retired from teaching and established a yarn and knitting business.  Maryann was a skilled craftsman with knitted goods using creative and computer-assisted methods.

Maryann also had a horse named Penny and a Bouvier de Flandre´ named Sassie. ****************
