I Sarah S. Webster, of the town of Van Wert, in the County of Van Wert, and State of Ohio, having in view the uncertainty of life, and the near approach of my death, and for the purpose of making such disposition of my personal property as to me seems just and equitable, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
This is my earnest desire, thought of by myself, without the suggestion or solicitation of any person or persons whatsoever.
First, I give, devise, and bequeath to my daughter Mary E. Zimmerman and her husband Levi F. Zimmerman, who have faithfully cared for me ever since my widowhood, all my personal property- household furniture, Bedstead, bedding, chairs, stands, bureau, pictures, mirrors, bookcase safe, sewing machine, trunks, clothes; All money in my possession at the time of my death, after paying all funeral expenses and all rents that may be due me, and all interest in money that may be due me, and all notes that may be due me, from any source whatever, all these that I have mentioned, and whatever else I may possess, I give, devise and bequeath to the said Mary E. Zimmerman and her husband Levi F. Zimmerman.
Second, I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Levi F. Zimmerman, of Van Wert, Ohio, sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, at Van Wert, Ohio, This fourth day of January A.D. 1892.

Signed and acknowledged by the Testator in the presence of each of us, and at the same time declared by her to be her Last Will and Testament, and thereupon, we, at the request of the Testator, and in her presence and in the presence of each other, sign our names hereto as witnesses this fourth day of January A.D. 1892, at Van Wert, Ohio.

Application To Probate Will, In the Probate Court, Van Wert County, Ohio
To the Honorable Judge of Said Court, and now comes Levi F. Zimmerman and produces for admission to Probate in said Court the Last Will and Testament of Sarah S. Webster late, a resident of the Township of Ridge in said County, who died on the 27th day of December A.D.1892.
Said will was not deposited during the lifetime of the Testator, in the office of the Judge of the Probate Court of said County, for safe keeping as allowed by law. Said Testator died leaving no widower and the following persons, all of her next of kin resident in the State of Ohio.
