This day came the parties by their attornies and thereupon came a Jury
to wit - Juror #11 CHARLES LANE

#224 CHARLES LANE vs William Ramsey
...the truth to speak upon the matter in Controversy do say they find
for the Defendant.
...Therefore it is considered by the Court that the plaintiff pay unto
the Defendant his costs by him about his defence in this behalf Expended
for which the said plaintiff may be taken.

William Ramsey vs CHAS. LANE & JOSEPH LANE is Secy. On the motion of
the Pltf. by his att. Wm. Kelly for Judgment on a Bond to stay an
Execution Wm. Ramsey vs CHAS. LANE. It is considered by the Court that
the Plaintiff recover against the said Defendant and his security
$37.84-5/6 cts accouding to the conditions of their Bond and his costs
by him about his motion in this behalf expended and the said Defendant &
security in Mercy & C.

appointed Jurors to the Circuit Court at March term next: Juror # 18

- p154 (p340) William Nash vs CHARLES LANE,...Jury do say the
Defendant hath not kept and performed his covenant but hath broken the
same in manner & form as the Plaintiff in his Declaration against him
hath complained and they do assess the Plaintiff Damage by occasion
thereof to Thirty eight Dollars Sixty seven and on half cents besides
his costs.
Therefore it is considered by the Court that the Plaintiff recover
against he Defendant his Damages aforesaid in for aforesaid assessed and
his costs by him about his suit in this behalf expended & the sd Deft
