In the name of God Amen the sixteenth day of June one thousand seven hundred and fifty five I John Holly of Charles County being sick and weak in body but of perfect sence and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
First and principally I give my soul to God who gave it me -----Death and -- of my --Savior Jesus Christ to have --and --of all my heirs and my body commend to the earth to be buried in such a decent manner as my executors hereafter named shall seem ----
I give ------following after my just debts is paid-------I give to my beloved son Thomas Holly all that tract of land called---lying in Prince Georges County to him and ---------
Item I give and bequeath to my loving son Nathaniel Holley these two tracts of land where I now live Holly and Hollys Addition -------I also give him the cattle that belong to this plantation where--------
Item I give to my loving son John Holly all that tract of land called Fellowship ----to him and his heirs forever. Ultimately I constitute ordain and appoint my loving wife Hester Holly my whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament.
