She married John Schrott. (John Schrott is #52.) John was born in Baden, Germany 1818. (See John Schrott for the children resulting from this marriage.) BIRTH: per 1880 census, v.35 e.d.176 p.25 l.14, lived at 19 Forest St., Brooklyn, Kings Co, NY. She and both parents were born in Prussia. Son "Asmus" age 13, daughter Margaret age 5, both born NY. Note: only 1 or 2 other Schrotts in the 1880 soundex, but they wouldn't be included unless they had a child under 10 years old. per undated note in handwriting of Dorothy Schrott, from Helen Hamilton Ackerly December 1998, "Father's mothers name Elizabeth Zeigler". I (Bruce Hamilton) question the spelling; more likely Ziegler.
