Ethel Mae Mock
Ethel Mae Mock was born to Arthur Mock and Sarah Daisey Smith/Mock in Jasper Co., SC.She was born May 26, 1909 and died Sept. 13, 1961. She married Howell David Crapse of the Furman/Scotia area in Hampton Co., SC
They were married in the 1920's. Together they had five children one being my father Thomas. After her husband Howell Crapse was run over and killed, she remarried and had 2 more daughters. Her and Howell Crapse are buried together at the Lebanon Methodist Church in the woods of Scotia, a beautiful historic church
set back in the lowcountry woods of Hampton County.
