Richard Warren of Plymouth Colony

This is a very limited lineage for the Warren family as it is intended as supporting information to the Bartlett line.  The first four generations can be found in Mayflower Families in Progress: Richard Warren for Four Generations by Roberts S. Wakefield.


Generation One

WARREN, Richard b bef. 1590 England d 1628 Plymouth, Massachusetts

m bef. 1610 Elizabeth d ca. 1580 d 2 Oct 1673

Richard came to America on the Mayflower in 1620.  The rest of his family came over on the Ann in 1623.  They were accompanied by Robert Bartlett who became the husband of Mary.

At the division of cattle in 1627, the ninth lot fell to Richard Warren and family. This included: "one of the 4 black Heyfers that came in the Jacob caled the smooth horned Heyfer and two shee goats".

Generation Two

WARREN, Nathaniel b ca. 1623/25 Plymouth d between 16 July 1667 and 21 Oct 1667

m Sarah Walker d 24 Nov 1700 Plymouth
