This is a warning out summons that the Timothy C. Sargents family recieved from Rutland city Vermont in March 1807, some of them did leave eventually.  I want you to read this over and be able to interpriet it.  You will notice in reference to Enoch that in 1807 he had only four daughters.  He now has only five years with that wife to produce the rest of this big family that he is credited with.  It looks to me that there are several families living together in this one household.  Maybe some of the children that Enoch is credited with could be some of Tim Jr's and some of them Ephraim's.  I still doubt that he had as many children by his first wife as has been claimed.  This WARNING out was a LAW but were no provisions made for the enforcing it.
