This is a list of equipment transferred from Company I, 27th Iowa Infantry on 26th January, 1864 at Memphis, Tenn. Among the items listed are wall tents, wall tent pins and poles, common tents, common tent pins and poles. Some items are listed as unserviceable when delivered. The items are transferred by John E. Peck, commander of Company I and it has his signature. They were transferred to A.M. Wilcox, Quartermaster of the 27th Iowa. The document is filled out in period ink. It is 10" x 8". The document is in excellent condition.
