     At the meeting of the county division committee at Lyle Saturday some interesting business was done. Those in attendance were Messrs. Lindley, Major Creek; Norris, Appleton; McCoy, Hartland.
     "Morgan county" is another suggestion for the name of the new county. This is a combination of the names of Moore and Egan, both ranchers on the flat below the town. Mr. Egan is one of the early settlers and has been justice of the peace and county commissioner. C.D. Moore is a successful rancher.
