Locke Died July 11, 1982 Services for Hobart J. Locke, 83, of Paden City, who died Sunday at Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville, will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday at the Mowery Trowbridge Funeral Home in Paden City with the Rev. John Underwood officiating. Burial will be in Paden Memorial Gardens. He was born in Pleasants County, son of the late Franklin P. and Mary Moore Locke. He was a Protestant by faith and was a retired timber man. He is survived by his wife, Daisy Brookover Locke; four sons, Jennings B. Locke of Paden City, Hobart M. Locke of Citris Heights, Calif., James E. Locke of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Mack D. Locke of El Paso, Tx.; three daughters, June Long of Wyandotte, Mich., Patrichia Creighton of New Matamoras, Ohio, and Shirley Twyman of Fountain Valley, Calif.; a sister Clara Tuttle of Wintersville, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson."212 | ||||||||||||||
