WILL of Daniel Cilley 1841

In the name of God, amen. I Daniel Cilley of Epsom in the County of Merrimack and State of New Hampshire being in good health of body, of sound memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following:

Firstly, I give an bequeath to my wife Hannah Cilley one third part of my Real Estate in Epsom to be for her use and benefit for and during the term of her natural life. I also give to my wife all my household furniture, my clock and books to be for her use and benefit during the above mentioned time.
Secondly I give to my daughter Polly D. Knox wife of Robert Knox one dollar to be paid at my House by my executors in six months after my decease.
Thirdly I give to my son Bradbury Cilley one dollar to be paid at my house by my executor's in six months after my decease.
Fourthly I give to my son Samuel P. Cilley two of my shares in the Winepiscogee Bank at Meredith.
Fifthly I give to my son Daniel P. Cilley one dollar to be paid at my house by my executor's in six months after my decease.
Sixthly I give and devise to my two sons William P. Cilley and Jonathan L. Cilley, all the rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal wheresoever found, together with the reversions of what I have given to my wife - And I also do hereby constitute and appoint the said William P. Cilley and Jonathan L. Cilley Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of January A.D. 1841.
