WILL Benjamin M. Towle 1857

In the name of God, Amen.
I Benjamin M. Towle of Epsom in the County of Merrimack and State of New Hampshire, do make and publish this my last will and testament in measure and form following, that is to say:
First, I give and bequeath to my three oldest daughters Sarah H. Wallace, wife of John Wallace; Nancy W. Shaw, wife of John Shaw; and Clara M. Ambrose, wife of Alfred Ambrose, one dollar each.
Secondly, I give and bequeath to my youngest daughter Kate E. Towle, the sum of fifty dollars, to be paid to her at the age of eighteen years.
Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my youngest son Charles A. Towle, one dollar.
Fourthly I give and devise to my wife Hannah Towle all my real estate that I may be possessed of at the time of my decease, for and during the term of her natural life, or as long as she shall remain my widow.
Fifthly, I give and bequeath and devise to my oldest son, Benjamin Towle, all my personal estate of every description and wherever to be found, together with all my real estate from and after the decease or marriage of my aforesaid wife Hannah Towle, to have and to hold the same to him, his heirs and assigns forever, and I do hereby constitute and appoint my said son Benjamin Towle sole Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of February A.D. 1857.
