Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Rubottom of Glade in the County of Benton State of Arkansas being in health but of sound and disposing and memory doe make and publish this my last will and testament Hereby revoking all former wills heretofore made. I hereby constitute and appoint Clark Bland to be my sole executor of my last will directing my said executor to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses and legacy hereinafter given out of my estate after the Payment of my said debts and funeral expenses. I devise to my wife Sarah Rubottom all of my estate both Personal and Real, on her deceased to my Children and to their Heirs respectfully, and to my two granddaughters Gracie Hindman Anna Hindman, my granddaughters, Mary Rubottom Lee, Marget E. Rubottom Givens, Katie Rubottom Dukes, Cora Rubottom Lewis, Dick Rubottom, Francis Rubottom Dawson, Nancy Rubottom Wilson, share and share alikem, my sister Sarah Williams to have a home at residence with my wife so long as she lives, in case of death of my wife, my sister Sarah Williams to be cared for equally cared for by my children out of the proseeds of my estate.
In witness by thereof I hereto set my hand and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in the presence of the witnesses named below this 5 day of May A.D. 1915.

Signed published and declared by the said Samuel Rubottom as and for his will and testament, in the presence of who in his presence and in the presence of each other at his _______ have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

Personally appeared in open Probate Court of Benton County, Arkansas, Simon L. McGinnis to me well known, who being duly sworn says: That he is one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the last will and Testament of Samuel C. Rubottom deceased, who died in Benton County, Arkansas on or about 4" day of August 1915: that said (remainder was cut off during copying process)
