Over 30 years of Family Research with over 100 surnames
and extends before the year 1200 in Europe.
Includes Royalty and Native Indian.

Over 25 years of Professional Research in Louisiana, Mississippi,
Texas and across the South. Some in New England and Europe.

Ten years in Family Newsletter Publications include researching,
compiling, and publishing data on the families of Womack, Hardin,
Carpenter, Green, Pryor, Machen, and the states of Louisiana and
Mississippi, as well as a newsletter for experience and professional
researchers. (1984-1994)

Compiled and published books including 1860 Winn Parish Census and
Mortality Records, 1870 Winn Parish Census & Mortality Records,
and
Winn Parish Marriage Records (1886-1900). Current projects include
1880-1920 Winn Parish Census Records, Winn Parish Marriages
(1900-1945), Winn Parish Probate Index, and a compilation of medieval
marriage records. As well as donating information to the Louisiana
USGenWeb Archives.

Over 15 years as Instructor/speaker for classes during workshops,
conferences, and genealogy club meetings. Have taught continuing
education classes (genealogy research) at Louisiana College.

Seven years as Heir & Estate Research in North Louisiana and East
Texas.
Includes finding heirs of deceased property owners, compiling title
abstracts,
and proving early land claims for heirs.

Six years in Medieval England Research including compiling data, researching
pre-1700 records, and extending lineages to before 1200. Active
projects for
LDS Medieval Unit include Machen and Muscote research.

Five years as a Genealogy Consultant for Mormon Church in 13 parish
area
of Northeast Louisiana, Southern Arkansas, and Western Mississippi,
including
genealogy libraries. Organized genealogy conference. Currently serving
local
area as consultant.

Five years as Director of Family History Center which included setting
up
library and computer system. Currently staff librarian in charge
of training
and programs.

Have served as president, secretary and held other positions in several
genealogical societies.
