self-insured workman's comp fund in the state. (May 1994) Duties include
primarily processing active and cancellation audits, compiling in-house audits
from customer's payroll records, and reconciling customer's accounts. Have also
processed cancellation/rescinsions of policies, account receivables billing and
processing of payments, teaching new employees the data-processing program,
solving problems with daily deposit slips and batch files, establishing a
collection routine for audits of active accounts, assisting the collection
department, assisting underwriters with policies, and special financial
projects. Also assisted controller with A/R, A/P, payroll taxes, and computer
accounting problems. Other activities have included editing a
newsletter and
other mass correspondence to policy holders, reorganizing the filing
